OREANDA-NEWS. May 8, 2008. Net assets of "Finance and Credit" Bank from the beginning of 2008 made up UAH 15, 524 billion. Financial result of "Finance and Credit" Bank work according to the total of the first quarter of 2008 is UAH 12, 475 mln. The authorized Bank capital as of 01.04.2008 made up UAH 1, 277 billion, regulatory capital – UAH 1, 945 billion.

For three months of 2008 the loan Bank portfolio grew on UAH 321 million and made up UAH 11, 775 billion, that is on 72 % more than an analogous parameter on results of the first quarter of the previous year. "Finance and Credit" Bank liabilities from the beginning of the year increased on UAH 383 million and made up UAH 13, 466 billion, that is more than 40 % exceeds a similar parameter as of 01.04.2007. The volume of the attracted funds as of 01.04.2008 made up UAH 9, 691 billion. The formed reserves on risks covering by all kinds of active operations made up UAH 390,3 million.

As of 01.04.2008 over 40,5 thousand of accounts of legal entities are serviced in the Bank. The volume of deposits of legal entities made up UAH 4, 225 billion. The volume of the loans of legal entities, as of 01.04.2008 made up UAH 7, 146 billion.

As of 01.04.2008 in "Finance and Credit" Bank there were opened over 115 thousand accounts of individuals, and the volume of urgent deposit accounts made up UAH 4, 989 billion. The increase of accounts of individuals from the beginning of the year exceeded 10 thousand. In addition over 207 thousand of current accounts of individuals are serviced in the Bank. As of 01.04.2008 deposit and current accounts of "Finance and Credit" Bank individuals are over UAH 5, 3 billion.

Special deposit programs focused on clients' needs are constantly developed in the Bank. From January, 8th till April, 8th, 2008 in Bank there was held a promotion for investors-individuals with the symbolical name "Gold spring". Clients could not only place funds for deposit accounts under favourable interest rate, but also participated in a drawing lot of prize-winning fund of the promotion - 250 bank ingots in weight from one up to ten grams.

The new promotion for the population "Silver rain" started on April, 10th. The bank actively develops the consumer crediting, as a result - only from the beginning of 2008 the portfolio of consumer loans increased in 1,12 times and made up UAH 4, 629 billion.

"Finance and Credit" Bank actively co-operates with a small business segment by all kinds of bank services. The present direction of the activity is one of priority. The loan portfolio under the program for small business as of 01.04.2008 made up UAH 546,5 million. As of 01.04.2008 the quantity of valid contracts on credit products of clients of small business segment exceeded 9 thousand.

In February, 2008 with the purpose of individual approach maintenance in work with the VIP-clients of "Finance and Credit" Bank began to release a new card premium-product - VISA Platinum. In addition in the first quarter of 2008 the Bank became the participant of several share projects of international payment systems VISA and MasterCard for card holders, emitted by the Bank: "Olympic movement", "Olympic imaginations VISA", "Champion-card", etc. As of 01.04.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank emitted over 693 thousand payment cards of international payment systems "VISA" and "MasterCard".      

On March, 15th, 2008 the International system of money transfer "AVERS" created in the Bank celebrated a three-year anniversary. Today the system holds the leading positions in the market of money transfers of Ukraine. As of 01.04.2008 four cooperation agreements with the international payment systems and 35 contracts with banks-partners were concluded. As of 01.04.2008 the system includes 749 service points on the territory of Ukraine, and over 90 thousand of payments reception/sending outlets in 81 countries of the world.

Being one of the largest importers of a foreign currency "Finance and Credit" Bank from the beginning of 2008 imported USD 315 million, EURO 66,5 million, and in addition 129 kg of Bank gold on the territory of Ukraine.

In March, 2008 the Bank made the next entry to external loan market: involved the syndicated loan for the sum of USD 70 million. Credit funds are involved for 1 year under LIBOR+1.95 % annual, will be directed on refinancing of the syndicated loan on USD 70 million, involved in March, 2007. Organizers of the credit were Standard Bank Plc, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (RZB) and VTB Europe Plc. Participants, besides organizers, were 13 banks mainly from Western Europe.

In 2008 the Bank continues to advance the chosen strategy of network development, focused on modernization of existing branches and improvement of service quality. As of 01.04.2008 the system of "Finance and Credit" Bank includes 16 branches and 388 non-balanced branches all over Ukraine, that is on 100 branches more in comparison with the same period of the last year. From the beginning of 2008 in the Bank 22 new branches were opened.
