OREANDA-NEWS. May 8, 2008. The Bank of Moscow granted the bank guarantees to OAO Koks for the total of 1041.6 million rubles. The guarantees will ensure OAO Koks’ obligations to pay for the acquired shares of the companies to the shareholders of OAO Ufaleinikel (749.8 million rubles) and ОАО KMAruda Industrial Complex (291.8 million rubles) in keeping with the requirements of the Federal law "On Joint Stock Companies".

Sergey Matiukh, Director General of the Corporate and Investment Business Department of the Bank of Moscow, said: "Granting guarantees to the benefit of OAO Koks is the next step in development of partnership with enterprises of the Industrial and Metallurgic Holding, the Bank of Moscow has been energetically cooperating with OAO Koks since 1999. Overall, in 2007 the client was granted credits for the total amount of over 9.5 billion rubles".
