OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 May 2008 was announced, that last cubic meter of concrete was ceremonially poured in the residential complex Well House on Leninsky prospect on April 25.

The ceremony commemorated completion of concrete work on the project entered by MIRAX GROUP in the middle of 2007 as a general contractor.

Construction of the project started in 2002 within the frameworks of the municipal program “New Ring of Moscow” but the initial developer got into difficulties and the project was acknowledged as undeveloped. MIRAX GROUP undertook a task to complete the project and now it is fulfilling its obligations.

As Aleksey Adikayev, a member of the Board of Directors, MIRAX GROUP said at the press-briefing: “Completion of this project – a significant event for Moscow. We have proved that the problem of undeveloped projects can be solved by way of partnership between private business and the government”.
