Baltic Real Estate Market Gives Bigger Return than Western Europe
OREANDA-NEWS. May 03, 2008. Ardi Roosimaa, the head of Colliers International Estonia said that a well-deliberated and qualitative project might give bigger profit on Baltic real estate market than on stabile Western European real estate market, reported the press-centre of Colliers International.
According to Roosimaa the Baltic real estate market has never been stabile. He added that the price decline may last for several years but at the same time there are not so many housings and the quality is relatively low, writes postimees.ee.
According to Roosimaa, the banks halted real estate loans before the crisis actually reached Baltic nations. Therefore, we may hope to survive the crisis painlessly, Roosimaa said.
