OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 May 2008 was announced, that Sevmash delegation returned with medal from the 9th international forum “High techs of XXI century”.

Demonstration of high techs of Russian and abroad enterprises was held in Moscow center exhibition hall “Expocenter” from April 22nd – 25th . above 400 companies from 30 countries took part in exhibition.

Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov and Deputy Minister of Industry and Power Engineering Denis Manturov took part in solemn ceremony of forum opening. Exhibition observation started from Sevmash stand, which takes one of the central places in exhibition hall. Enterprise representatives gave Yuri Luzhkov model of submarine “Yuri Dolgoruki”.

During four working days of exhibition was visited by hundreds of visitors, including foreign delegations – India, Vietnam, Venezuela, Indonesia and other states, NATO representatives also learnt Sevmash products. Vietnam and Venezuela representatives wanted to get acquainted with enterprise. Perhaps they will come in Severodvinsk in the nearest future.

At official opening of forum Sevmash delegation was awarded with medal for “Design and manufacturing of power tidal plant for Kisolgubskaya power plant”. V. Zhepetov, Sevmash Deputy Chief Designer was awarded with honourable diploma for ensuring high final results of work.
