OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 May 2008 was announced, that an offstreet pedestrian crossing is to be constructed on Nikulinskaya Street, near building 23/1, west Moscow, in 2009-2011. The relevant order is signed by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov on April 28.

According to the order, the decision was made “for the purpose of providing the citizens with a safe crossing through Nikolinskaya Street in the area of building 23/1.”

The Department of municipal order of capital construction of Moscow is assigned to function as a state-owned customer on designing and building the object.

The technical customer is in charge with working out a design task on the construction of the crossing, the scheme of traffic and pedestrian circulation for the periods of the construction and after it as well as developing the construction documents for the erection of the object in 2009-2011.
