Almaty distillery plant JSC (Almaty), shares of which are included into Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that 77,403 its common shares, what makes 12.88% from offered shares, were transferred to Committee of the state property and privatization of Finance ministry of Republic of Kazakhstan, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message of the company transfer was executed in accordance with the resolution of the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan "About some questions of development of the social-business corporations" dated December 29 # 1403.
