Computer Virus Spreads Letter of Fraud from SEB
OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2008. An electronic letter in English is being spread, the sender of which is allegedly SEB and in which you are asked to enter your credit card data and PIN code. SEB is not the sender of this letter. This is a fraud letter, spread by a computer virus, reported the press-centre of SEB.
We are dealing with a mass-spam, which is sent from computers, infected with a virus. We strongly advise you not to open this letter, but delete it immediately and most definitely do not click on the attached link. The customers of SEB, who have received this letter, should not disclose their Internet bank data or PIN codes. If the data has still been entered, you should as soon as possible contact SEB by phone 66 55 100 to avoid any possible damages.
We remind you that the bank never asks to send any client data or change Internet bank passwords via e-mail.
