OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2008. Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom group for 2007, attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled to 1,505,098 thousand EEK (96,194 thousand EUR), reported the press-centre of Eesti Telekom.

Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December 2007 attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled 2,429,361 thousand EEK (155,265 thousand EUR). 

The Management Board’s proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay to shareholders as dividends 1,448,523 thousand EEK (92,577 thousand EUR) i.e. 10,50 EEK (0,67 EUR) per share, proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.

The residual of retained earnings totalling to 980,838 thousand EEK (62,688 thousand EUR) to be carried forward in the balance sheet.
