OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 May 2008 was announced, that En + Group Company on Tuesday claimed on completion of the transaction of purchase of 99.845 % of shares of ZAO Resursservisholding from Donalink Limited. This was reported by Evrosibenergo Company which is part of En + Group. By the decision of the parties, the sum of the transaction is not disclosed. As a result of the transaction, the enterprises of Resursservisholding will be part of Evrosibenergo. Vostsibugol Company which is a structural division of Resursservisholding confirmed the deal to Sibirskie Novosti.

The structure of Resursservisholding also includes OOO Kasianovskaya Obogatitelnaya Fabrika, OOO Rudoremontny Zavod, 92.69 % of OAO Razrez Tulunsky and OOO Svirsky Rudoremontny Zavod. The volume of coal mining in 2007 equaled nearby 10 million tons.

Vostsibugol Company is the largest manufacturer of power coal in the Irkutsk area and the min supplier of fuel for Irkutskenergo (is part of Evrosibenergo).

According to General Director of En + Group Vladislav Soloviev, this transaction will allow to provide stable supply of Evrosibenergo with power coal and to strengthen strategic positions of the company in the power market. According to General Director of Irkutskenergo Sergey Emdin, the power company obtained the main advantage - independence from fluctuations of the prices in the market of solid fuel and raw material safety. Now Irkutskenergo has an opportunity to plan long-term raw material provision.
