Strategy of reforming and development of power system of Tatarstan is aimed at formation of the investment attractiveness of the Company as well as competitiveness on the electricity wholesale market of Russia and retail electricity market.

Preparation to additional issuance of stocks of JSC "Network Company" for attracting the funds of strategic partners, negotiations with FSK of Russia for sale of trunk grids of JSC "Network Company" and changing provisions of the law in the area of technical connection to grids – all of these considerably extends the spectrum of responsibilities of atop manager. For strict meeting the laws and efficient management of Company assets are required the modern management techniques and rules of market operation, professional skills and knowledge in jurisprudence and asset management.


Damir Harunovich Safiullin was born on 30 March of 1969 at Kazan. He graduated from law division of Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulianov -Lenin, pursued МВА program (Master of Business Administration) at Kazan Financial- Economical Institute. Afterwards he worked at various positions at Prosecutor Office of Republic of Tatarstan.

Since 1999 he has worked as Head of Legal department; since 2000 as head of the Legal Office – Assistant General Director of JSC "Tatenergo ". Since 2003 he is the Deputy General Director of Tatarstan power holding for corporate policy and asset management. Damir Safiullin occupies key position in reorganization the power system and creating practically the brand new structure with regard to capitalization of the power holding and entrance upon the Federal wholesale electricity market. For high level of corporate management Damir Harunovich was recognized on of the best mangers in 2007 in Republic of Tatarstan .

In many ways due to competences of Damir Safiullin the changes as part of reforms were done meeting in full the rights and interest of the stockholders and promoted capitalization of JSC "Tatenergo ", аctivity by the Holding Company was highly appreciated by international business community.

To date he headed the Head Quarters for work with consumers of JSC "Tatenergo ". he is assistant to member of Council of Federation of Federal Meeting of Russian Federation, member of Arbitration court at the Non-profit partnership "Administrator of Trade System", member of Trustee State Reserve Foundation of Lands at President of Republic of Tatarstan . Work at position of Director of JSC "Network Company" he will combine with position of Deputy General Director of JSC "Tatenergo ".

Edvard Abdullazyanov, who had headed the Network Company of Tatarstan power holding since its founding will be promoted to second significant position in the head quarters of the Company and will mange as the Deputy General Director of JSC "Network Company".
