OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2008. The insurance company ROSNO continues further improvement of its MOD services by offering new service packages intended to satisfy diverse requirements of its clients. The company has created additional bonus programs providing a wide range of services for owners of cars in various price segments, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

As before, all ROSNO clients holding MOD insurance policies will be able to use such services as: visit by an average commissioner to the scene of a complex traffic accident; procurement of all GIBDD (road police) reference documents (provided that the client called from the accident scene and obtained an initial written document certifying the traffic accident); small current repairs in case of a car breakdown on the road; constant provision of information about the case status; and free-of-charge evacuation from the traffic accident scene for an unlimited number of times. This list of services is included in the service package "Standard".

A new unique client offer is an opportunity to receive compensation for the small damage without presenting any reference documents and without limitation by type, nature of damage or the number of details. Furthermore, the amount of compensation for the damaged glass and external lighting (headlights and lamps) is also not limited. The total quantity of such applications shall not exceed 2 throughout the policy validity period.

Depending on value of the insured car and the selected size of franchise, three new expanded service packages are offered: Business, Business Plus, and VIP.

The Business package has been designed for those who own cars worth 900,000 to 1,250,000 roubles. This offer covers 25,000 roubles worth of damage twice per year, with no reference documents needed. With regards to the franchise, the Business package is complemented by the VIP package, which guarantees indemnification of damage of up to 25,000 roubles twice per year, with no reference documents needed.

Besides, the package provides for a visit by an average commissioner to any vehicle inspection site, procurement of all GIBDD reference documents (provided that there is an initial written document certifying the traffic accident); issuance of service station referral by an average commissioner, and free certificate for medical services in the American Medical Centre. The VIP package is also offered to those who own cars worth over 1,250,000 roubles. The VIP package for such vehicles additionally covers damage of up to 2% of vehicle value twice per year, with no reference documents needed. With regards to each individual VIP client, the loss settlement procedure will be supervised by a personal manager.

The Business Plus package is intended for those who own cars worth under 900,000 roubles and presumes franchise. This offer covers up to 25,000 roubles worth of damage twice per year, with no reference documents needed, and includes a visit by an average commissioner to any vehicle inspection site and procurement of all GIBDD reference documents (provided that there is an initial written document certifying the traffic accident).
