Net Profit of Nakhodka Oil Seatrade Port Makes RUR 2.8 mln in 2007
OREANDA-NEWS. May 5, 2008. In 2007, net profit of Nakhodka Oil Seatrade Port OJSC amounted to RUR 2.825 million against RUR 27.322 million of loss in 2006. In the reported period, pre-tax profit made RUR 3.237 million against RUR 28.967 million of pre-tax loss in 2006.
The company’s proceeds fell by 25.5% to RUR 239.969 million. Nefteport (Nakhodka Oil Seatrade Port or NOSP OJSC) is the largest specialized commercial seaport at the Pacific coast of Russia. Its five berths with total length of 520 meters may accept vessels with length of up to 250 meters and draft of up to 11.5 meters. The Port also has a universal transshipment complex and a 160-meter dry-cargo berth for handling general cargoes. The capacity of the Port’s bunker tank farm, which was put into operation in 2003, is 240,000 tonnes per year.
