OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 May 2008 was announced, that more than 115,000 square metres of housing are to be erected in Sokol urban district, north Moscow, within the designing of ward 51.

“46,500 among 115,600 square metres will be erected for moving the residents from dilapidated houses set to be demolished,” a source from the city administration of Moscow said.

According to the source, the designing of the ward includes the construction of more than 22,000 square metres of roads and the reconstruction of another 25,000 square metres. Besides, the parking garages with the total capacity of 1,307 car spaces will be put up in the ward.
