On 05 May 2008 was announced, that the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) of Russia made a decision to register reports on results of additional issues of ordinary registered uncertificated shares of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Centre" (Moscow) placed by converting at reorganization in the form of consolidation of JSC Belgorodenergo, JSC Bryanskenergo, JSC Voronezhenergo, JSC Kostromaenergo, JSC Kurskenergo, JSC Orelenergo, JSC Smolenskenergo, JSC Tambovenergo, JSC Tverenergo, JSC Yarenergo and JSC Lipetskenergo with IDGC of Centre.

This Decision of FFMS of Russia completed one of the stages of IDGC Centre reorganization. The following step is registration of shares of JSC IDGC of Centre at stock exchanges of RTS and MICEX Stock Exchange in the sector of non-listed stocks which should be completed at the end of the II quarter 2008.
