OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 May 2008 URALSIB Leasing company, one of the sub-holdings of the Financial Corporation URALSIB, announced the decision on the placement of 3 mln bonds of 02 series with the nominal value of 1,000 rubles.

According to the decision of EGM Participants (Extraordinary General Meeting) held on April 29th, 2008, URALSIB Leasing company will place non-convertible interest bearing documentary bonds payable to bearer of series 02 with obligatory centralized keeping. The volume of the bond issue will amount to 3 bln rubles. Maturity of bonds will be 3 years, nominal value - 1,000 rubles. The bond issue is planned to be placed through the open subscription at the price of 100% from the nominal value.

Since December 28th, 2007 2.7 mln bonds of series 01 with the nominal value of 1,000 rubles issued by URALSIB Leasing company have been trading on MICEX stock exchange.  The maturity date of this bond issue is 2010.
