On 04 May 2008 was announced, that at the General Shareholders Meeting of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" the following decision was made: to appoint Roman Khrushch Chief Executive Officer of OJSC “Concern Khlibprom”. Earlier Roman Khrushch had the position of Financial Director of OJSC “Concern Khlibprom”.

Supervisory Board of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" was reelected at the General Shareholders Meeting of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom". Olexandr Pavlenko and Natalia Antonova left Supervisory Board. Vitaly Yastrubetskiy became Member of Supervisory Board. Vadym Vyshnevskyy, former Chief Executive Officer of OJSC “Concern Khlibprom”, was appointed Chairman of Supervisory Board of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" .
