OREANDA-NEWS. March 4, 2008. JSC Zlatoust metallurgical plant (Chelyabinsk region, controlled by MC ESTAR) intends to double its monthly output of exports to 10,000 t in 2008.

The plant will raise its output after installation of a new proper machine and equipment by Lцser firm, said the plant representatives.

As the plant previously reported, it cast 156,349 t of steel and 116,647 t of rolled steel over last January-March.

Zlatoust metallurgical plant was established in December 2003 on the base of assets of OJSC Zlatoust  metallurgical works through restructuring. The plant produces more than 1,000 steel grades and alloys for military industrial complex, chemical and aviation industries.
