OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 May 2008 was announced, that Rossiysky Neftyanoy Eksport introduced a project of the 20-storey business centre planned to be built on 2nd Samotyochny Side Street.

The project of construction of the office centre 2nd Samotyochny Side Street was presented at the international fair Investments. Construction. Property.

The office centre with the total area of 22,813 square metres is stipulated by pre-design project prepared by Moskomarkhitektura against the order by CJSC Rossiysky Neftyanoy Eksport (Rosnefteeksport) to be erected on the 0.128-hectare site.

The project is invested by Nedstar Investments Limited that is one of the shareholders of Rosnefteeksport.

The company got the site from the Moscow City Government in compensation for designing and building the mixed-use complex on Sokolniki Square where MOST students’ theatre is to be located.
