OREANDA-NEWS. April 30, 2008. The metallurgical plant held a second round of the “Best young expert” contest. The finalists will already get their prizes.

As to those who would be conferred a title of the “Best young expert”, they will be offered a real opportunity to propel up the career ladder.

59 plant workers participated in the first round of the intellectual contest, with 36 of those selected for semi-final, told press-service at ESTAR Group, to which Zlatoust metallurgical plant is a part.

The contestants proposed their solutions to some manufacturing issues: streamlining of electric steelmaking technologies, cost reduction, etc. 12 young experts got through to the final round, which is to be held at “Metallurgist” Palace on April 25.
