April 30, 2008.  In March 2008 Zlatoust metallurgical plant cast 52,533 t of steel (a 100.3% increase vs. March 2008), 38,499 t of rolled products (a 101% increase y-o-y), and dispatched 38,438 t of products (a 108.8% increase y-o-y) to consumers, out of which 5,375 t went for export.

The plant is making a shift towards rapid and high-alloy steel grades in its product line. ZMP also increased its calibrated steel output, with shipments reaching 1,606 t in March.
