OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 April 2008 was announced, that JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has acquired a new daughter company SIA Konsalting Invest.

The amount of the transaction is LVL 1.5 million.

The new company will operate in the areas of finacial consulting and real iestate management.

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums, a member of AS Baltikums Bankas Grupa, at the end of February was the 19th largest bank by assets among 24 Latvian banks. Bonds of the bank are listed on the debt securities list of the Riga Stock Exchange.
