OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 April 2008 was announced, that the city authorities of Moscow suggest that service centers and car repair shops could be located in the multilevel parking garages.

“As there is a shortage of service centers, we suggest that service centers and car repair shops could be located in the multilevel parking garages and in the places convenient for Muscovites, for example, in the open-air car parks,” Leonid Lipsits, head of the department of transport and communications of Moscow, said at a session of the city government during the consideration of the development of the infrastructure of service centers in the Russian capital.

Mr Lipsits added that Moscow set a compulsory condition for the investors interested in building service centers and car repair shops – the use of the equipment that meets the Euro II and Euro III emissions standards.
