OREANDA-NEWS. April 30, 2008. JSC Nytva Metallurgical Plant Board of Directors (JSC Nytva, Perm region) controlled by ESTAR Management Company set annual meeting of the shareholders for June 20, says company’s statement.

The shareholders will consider the company’s annual report, balance sheet, including income statement, and appoint Board of Directors, Audit Committee and an Auditor.

Besides, the shareholders will decide on dividends for 2007.
