OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 April 2008 was announced, that awarding the certificates of software products conformity - the company activity operative management system (CAOMS) "Motiw" and "Operative Reporting Portal" took place in JSC "UES FGC".

These products were successfully implemented in JSC "IDGC of Centre" and its branches.

The certificate confirmed compliance of the given software to the requirements established for IDGC-DGC and the right of its use as the typical design solution. UES FGC acted as a certifying authority.

The company "IDGC of the Centre" is the leader; it received certificates under the corresponding numbers 001 - on "Motiw" and 002 - on "Operative Reporting Portal".

CAOMS "Motiw" is a dispatching system in the form of the web-appendix which allows to organize access from any workstation connected to Internet.

CAOMS "Motiw" allows not only to realize functions of electronic document circulation (incoming and outgoing letters, orders coordination, contracts), but also provides scale conducting projects and problems on administrative and main industrial activity of the distributive network companies. "Motiw" allowed to unite employees within the limits of the information space uniting over 30, 000 employees in 11 branches of the company, contract organizations and constant partners.

The Partner of the company on introduction CAOMS "Motiw" in JSC "IDGC of the Centre" and its branches became JSC "CorsSys".

"The Portal of Operative Reporting" is a platform allowing to organize gathering periodically updated information and its keeping. Thnks to this system, it is possible to provide access to this information from any workplace with Internet connection. In connection with the fact that portals of the operative reporting of various companies are easily integrated among themselves and allow to carry out automatic reporting transmission  and statuses of the representation control, the given solution allowed to organize in deadlines gathering, control, coordination and representation of the reporting within the limits of "the corporate rules of information exchange between divisions of CC, CRM, BU, ADC" within the whole zone of the responsibility of JSC "IDGC of the Center". After introduction of the given solution, work on gathering, coordination of and control over the reporting granting became operative and transparent. This also lowered considerably temporary expenses on the representation organization of reporting DGC IDGC-UES (MCPC, FGC) concentrating efforts on granting of trustworthy information.

The partner on introduction of a portal of the operative reporting in IDGC of the Centre and its branches became "Finomica" company.

The spectrum of the given IT-tools application is wide: possessing the universality of the sphere of application, "Motiw" system and "Operative Reporting Portal" can be applied in any enterprise of Russian power sector. This was confirmed by certification of "Grids" Business-Unit of RAO "UES of Russia".

"These tools were demanded by power men in the beginning of 2000. Thus, in 2002 the given solutions were tested on the platform of "Belgorodenergo". For this time, the serious way of perfection and completion up to the level of industrial requirements was made. These tools became main in creation of the uniform information-organizational space which includes 11 branches and the Central Body of "JSC IDGC of the Centre", Pavel Obukhov, Deputy General Director for IT and Management Technologies of JSC "IDGC of Centre" noted. “At the moment both the "Motiw", and "Operative Reporting Portal" are used not only in IDGC of Centre, but also in those regional companies which during reform were redistributed in contours of others IDGC. Today we offer these software products for use in the top contour of the Federal Grid Company management and in the Management Centre activity of "IDGC of Centre". I am convinced that owing to use of "Operative Reporting Portal" and "Motiw", many administrative tasks of distribution grid facilities will be solved effectively and in time".
