OREANDA-NEWS. On April 25, 2008 VAB Bank repaid US\\$ 51,000,000 Syndicated Term Loan Facility lead arranged by UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, Landesbank Berlin AG, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG, reported the press-centre of VAB Bank.

The Facility Agreement was signed on April 27, 2007. It had a tenor of 364 days. Repayment was financed through a 3-year loan from TBIF Financial Services B.V., the Netherlands, a shareholder of VAB Bank.
