OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 April 2008 was announced, that OJSC RTM (RTS: RTMC) shares were approved for trading on MICEX in Quotation List “B“ beginning on April 25, 2008.

The company applied to have its shares added to MICEX’s Quotation List “B“ in March 2008. OJSC RTM shares had been traded on the stock exchange since October 25, 2007 as non-listed stock.

"MICEX listing is going to boost liquidity of our shares and broaden further the range of investment opportunities available to our investors", observed Alexei Seleznev, Deputy General Director for Economics and Finances at OJSC RTM.

At present, OJSC RTM shares are traded on RTS and MICEX in Quotation List “B" and as GDRs on the European OTC market.
