OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 April 2008 was announced, that Espro group of companies developing warehouses is to build an industrial and commercial city, so-called aerotropolis, with the area of more than 300,000 square metres near Vnukovo airport.

According to the online edition, the project is planned to be realized on a 55.4-hectare site in Vnukovo residential community. Espro is currently buying this site from Absolut investment company.

“According to experts, the project will require \\$500-600 million. Oksana Zhiltsova, managing partner of Promyshlennye Zemli [Industrial Lands] company, well-informed about the agreement between the companies, considers that Espro will be able to build about 300,000 square metres of commercial real estate,” the daily said.
