OREANDA-NEWS. National contest “Manager of the year – 2007” and “The best Department manager – 2007” Awards Ceremony was held in Round Hall of President Hotel On 22 of April 2008.

Executives of JSC “The Seventh Continent” Oksana Chepikova and Andrey Pachikin became contest winners.

The national competition “Manager of the year” is organized by Free Economic Society of Russia and International Academy of Management under support of the Council of Federation of RF. Top management of Russian enterprises, banks, investment and insurance companies and non-governmental organizations all over Russia took part in the contest.

Contest Jury consisting of public authorities, headmen of leading companies and public figures under the chairmanship Governor of Orel Region Egor Stroev chose those, who can be called one of the best managers in Russia.

High operational results of JSC “The Seventh Continent”, personal achievement and professionalism of management team were distinguished by Jury.

Operational director of the company Oksana Chepikova was awarded honorary title "Manager of the year – 2007" in “Trade sphere and consumer cooperation” nomination.

Also best practice of IT project implementation in company was awarded. Andrey Pachikin CIO of JSC “The Seventh Continent” became the winner of “The best manager of department – 2007”.
