OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 April 2008 was announced, that Sibirtelecom summed up the results of the tender for a contract of obligatory audit of the accounting and financial reports of Sibirtelecom OJSC, for 2008. The winner of the tender is KPMG Closed Company.

The decision on the winner of the tender was taken by the contest committee on the basis of appraisal of technical and financial offers developed by tender participants.

The contract with KPMG Closed Company, for obligatory audit of the accounting and financial reports for 2008 can be signed after the tender winner is approved as an auditor of Sibirtelecom OJSC, by the general meeting of shareholders of Sibirtelecom OJSC, which will take place in June 2008.
