OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2008. At the quarterly council in PLC "Megabank" with directors of the regional subdivisions of the bank, held in Kharkiv, the results of the regional network for the first quarter of 2008 were summarized, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

As of 01.04.2008 the aggregate quantity of the registered subdivisions of the bank was 187 units, 3 of them were balance-suspended branches, 183 branches, including 17 central regional branches, and 1 representation office. The subdivisions of "Megabank" operate in 22 regions of Ukraine.

As Olena Myhailivna Zhukova, the Chairman of the Management Board informed: "The regional network of the Bank operated well in all aspects of business in the I Quarter of 2008. There are subdivisions, which significantly over-fulfilled the planned parameters. The goal for the II Quarter is the aggressive behavior at the market of banking services for attainment of the bigger part of the market".

As Vyacheslav Vasylyovych Ryutin, the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board reported: "The assets of the regional network of the Bank amounted UAH 905 million as of reporting date. The share of the regional subdivisions in the assets of "Megabank" as of the reporting date constituted 35%, the share in the aggregate loan portfolio was 52%, the share of the total income – 38%. The greater shares in the Bank operations are occupied by Kyiv, Lviv, Mykolayiv and Poltava branches".
