OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 April 2008 was announced, that new standard mobile operator Utel promotes international roaming services for its mobile subscribers and offers attractive tariffs.

At the same time, several foreign mobile carriers are enlisted to the roaming partners of Utel.

GSM operator MTS became a new roaming Utel partner in Russia and Belarus.

Moldcell mobile carrier provides international roaming in the territory of Moldova and Utel subscribers can choose the Orange network roaming service in Liechtenstein.

Nowadays the subscribers leaving for abroad to the countries – roaming partners of Utel can call their relatives and friends to share feelings. At the same time mobile rates in international roaming are simple and transparent and are the most cost-effective in the Ukrainian communications market.

If the bill is needed to be replenished during the roaming, you have to use a scratch card for bill replenishment or ask your friends in Ukraine to do it.

Utel Branch of Ukrtelecom also provides the subscribers with the national roaming service under the Agreement with Closed Joint-Stock Company Ukrainian Radiosystems (Trade Mark Beeline). The national roaming service is practically available within the whole territory of Ukraine.
