Bank of Kazakhstan Increases Its Obligations by 25%
OREANDA-NEWS. On April 23, 2008 Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the extract from the meeting protocol of the Board of Fund of Sustainable Development Kazyna JSC (Astana), the only shareholder of the bank, held on April 8, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.
According to the provided document the bank's only shareholder made the following decisions:
- approve the increase of the bank's obligations on borrowing of the privileged loan line of Exim Bank of China to the amount of USD300 m. for 20 years with the following parameters:
- the fixed interest rate 3 % APR;
- the lump-sum fee for organization 1 %;
- the reserving fee 0,5 % APR;
- recognize as invalid sub-item 3) of item 2 of the meeting protocol # 8 of Fund of Sustainable Development Kazyna JSC Board of January 21, 2008.
