In her new position, Ms. Girshwald will conduct general operating management of SMO Tagil-Medservice Ltd., implement new insurance technologies, develop and implement strategic corporate development plans, as well as perform coordination and organization of operations carried out by the company’s structural subdivisions, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Ms. Nadezhda Girshwald was born in 1947 in Nizhny Tagil. In 1980, she graduated from the Sverdlovsky Institute of Economics, majoring in Labour Economics. In 1991, she entered the insurance sector, and worked in TOO IC Tagil-ASKO till 1993.

Starting from a position of the head of the Planning and Economic Division, Nadezhda was ultimately promoted to the position of the Deputy Director for Economics in the Medical Insurance Centre. From 1993 to 1996, she worked as Chief Accountant in the CJSC IC Medservice-Malachite.

From 1996 to 1999, she directly participated in establishment and development of SMO Tagil-Medservice Ltd. as a head of the company’s analytical division. During the last seven years, she headed the financial section of SAO Express Garant.

Previously, the position of CEO was held by Ms. Olga Pronkina, who continued her professional development outside Tagil-Medservice Ltd.
