OREANDA-NEWS. On April 22, 2008 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against the Federal Agency for Physical Training and Sport that violated Clauses 1 and 3 Article 17 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The Agency violated the antimonopoly legislation by including in the same lot the products which are not related, technologically and functionally, to the goods, works and services, whose supplies, execution of offering were the subject matter of the open bidding, as well as by exercising actions that lead to competition restriction.

The case will be heard on 27th May 2008.
