OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 April 2008 was announced, that on a site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a mode of real time was lead the Internet-conference “Astana-safe city” with participation of vice-minister Alik Shpekbayev and a management of Department of internal affairs of Astana. During a half an hour dialogue with the population it has been given answers to more than 30 questions on protection of a public order, struggle against criminality, preventive maintenance of offences, maintenance of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.

Alongside with traditional questions and references on legal consultation, there have acted a number of constructive offers on perfection and increase of efficiency of activity of capital police. The carrying out the Internet-conferences, providing a straight line and a feedback with the population, is directed to the increase of a level of protection of constitutional laws and interests of citizens, observance of legality and the law and order, decrease in administrative pressure upon enterprise activity. Since November, 2007 on a site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been lead nine Internet-conferences on pressing questions of maintenance of the law and order and struggle against criminality.
