On April 22, 2008 Kazakhstan Republican Trading House ZANGAR JSC (KRTH ZANGAR JSC, Almaty), securities of which are included into the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter on holding of its shareholders special general meeting on May 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- on approval of methods of shares valuation at their re-purchasing by KRTH ZANGAR JSC;

- on changes to the KRTH ZANGAR JSC charter and the revised charter approval.
