Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC, the leading diversified and fully integrated Group in the sphere of mining and processing of raw materials, considers the announcement made today in relation to possible tax and customs legislation by the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan (the Government).

NRC confirms its liability to continue the participation in negotiations with the Government in connection to possible changes in tax and customs legislation.
