OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 April 2008 OJSC FETEC notified of the date of the Shareholders Annual Meeting.

On April 23, at an ordinary meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will make a decision of the date of the Shareholders Annual Meeting.

The Corporate management Commission has recommended the Board of Directors to hold the Shareholders Meeting on June 11, 2008 and define April 24, 2008 as the date of fixing the Shareholders Register for making lists of participants of the Meeting.

The agenda of the General Meeting and other related issues will be considered at the Board of Directors meeting on May 5, 2008.
