OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 April 2008 was announced, that the meeting took place in the branch of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo dedicated to the issues of "Interaction of institutions of local government and branches of Lipetskenergo (IDGC of Centre) and East Regional Generation (JSC TGC-4)". The following persons were present at the meeting: Deputy General Director - Director of Lipetskenergo branch of IDGC of Center Aleksandr Konanykhin, Deputy Director of TGC-4 branch of East Regional Generation Aleksandr Filimonov, Head of the Department for the Power and Tariffs of the Lipetsk area Vladimir Chunihin, Deputy Head of the Administration of Lipetsk Sergey Troshkin, heads of the regional administration, chiefs of industrial divisions of Lipetskenergo and representatives of JSC Lipetsk Power Sales Company.

In the first part of the meeting, Deputy Director for the Technical Issues - Chief Engineer of Lipetskenergo branch of IDGC of Centre Aleksandr Kornilov reported on the plans, tasks, investment program and development of the capital investments of the company. In his speech, he emphasized that in order to optimize interaction with authorities, it is necessary to apply in due time for technological connection, to reduce time of the coordination of the design-budget documentation and to finish formation of the list of objects of construction of OL 0.4 - 10 kV.

Deputy Director for the Development and Services Marketing Aleksandr Kosolapov highlighted stages of technological connection, normative base, regulation of the procedure and regulation of payment and a number of exceptions for separate categories of consumers. He marked that in 2007, as for the quantity of the concluded contracts, the most active were Gryazi, Lipetsk and Elets areas. Saying that the perspective development is a priority direction of the company activity, Aleksandr Kosolapov emphasized that his main purposes are advancing development of networks, meeting demand and maintenance of delivery of capacity.

After that, the participants of the meeting discussed issues of maintenance of uninterrupted power supply of consumers, technological connection of new facilities, performance of the investment program and perspective development of systems of electric and heat supplies. One of the pressing issues became acceptance of ownerless networks to the company balance.

In conclusion, Deputy General Director - Director of Lipetskenergo branch of IDGC of Center Aleksandr Konanykhin thanked all the participants for active support in solution of vital issues, mutual understanding at decision of arising problems and expressed hope for the further help from the institutions of local government for the population relations.
