OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 April 2008 was announced, that OJSC FETEC notifies of the date of the Shareholders Annual Meeting.

On April 23, at an ordinary meeting the Board of Directors of the Company make a decision of the date of the Shareholders Annual Meeting.

The Corporate management Commission recommended the Board of Directors to hold the Shareholders Meeting on June 11, 2008 and define April 24, 2008 as the date of fixing the Shareholders Register for making lists of participants of the Meeting.

The agenda of the General Meeting and other related issues will be considered at the Board of Directors meeting on May 5, 2008.
