On April 18, 2008 MAG JSC (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of the notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of April 2, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document AFS approved the report on bonds KZ2C0Y03C130 (MAG_b1) placement results (KASE category "B" official list, MAG_b1, KZT1 000, KZT3 250.0 m.; 22.08.06 - 22.08.09, the semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR, 30/360) of MAG JSC.

According to the AFS notification as of February 21, 2008, 213 720 bonds KZ2C0Y03C130 are placed, 3 036 280 bonds are unplaced.
