OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 April 2008 was announced, that Media Centre is to be put up in southeast Moscow by 2012.

“A complex of buildings and structures of Media Centre with the area of about 4.5 hectares will be designed and built by JSC Printing Complex Pushkinskaya Ploshchad on a site on Shosseynaya Street in southeast Moscow in 2008-2012,” a source from the city mayor’s office of Moscow said.

According to it, Media Centre will contain several office buildings including one with an exhibition space and a conference hall as well as a retail complex with a fitness centre. The underground car parks with capacities of 181-455 parking spaces will be located in each building.

All objects of Media Centre will pass into the ownership of the investor that is to pay more than \\$17 million to Moscow as compensation for the social, engineering and transport infrastructure.
