On April 18, 2008 Karagandy Zharyk LLP (Karaganda), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, provided KASE with the copy of order of the head of Management of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for natural monopolies regulating of Karaganda region dated March 25, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document since May 1, 2008 to the company was confirmed the limited level of tariffs for services of transfer and distribution of electric energy for years 2008-2012 in size of KZT1,71 per 1 kWH without the value added tax.
