OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2008. The National Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic announced an open tender on implementation of ISO 27001 standard in information security. Tender procedure will be held at 3 p.m. May 30, 2008, at the administrative building of the National Bank (32, R. Behbudov str., Baku), reported the press-centre of National Bank of the Azerbaijan.

For participation in the tender, the pretender should submit the following documents:

- Application for participating in the tender;

- The proper copies of the juridical documents (extract from Charter, State register etc.) notarally approving juridical status of candidates;

- The document affirming the authority of the person for signing and purchase of the tender proposal;

- Bank reference about sum payment for participating in the tender;

-  Bank reference on last financial term

- Reference from relevant tax organs of Azerbaijan Republic about not existing of previous taxes and other obligatory payments exceeding payment period (required for local pretenders);

- Tender proposal in Azeri or English languages (for foreign pretenders) in two copies, in force until July 15, 2008;

- Bank guarantee consisting of 1(one) per cent of the tender proposal cost. (In additional form to Collection of Basic Terms of the tender);

- Information and data on professionalism and experience of the pretender, considered in the Collection of Basic Terms of the tender.

The pretender must introduce the tender proposal and bank guarantee of tender proposal not exceeding May 29, 2008 by 18.00, sealed, signed, in the double folded envelope, and other requested documents not exceeding May 16, 2008 by 18.00, sealed, signed, in the closed envelope to the administrative building of the National Bank of Azerbaijan in 32, R. Behbudov str., Baku. The envelopes and documents delivered after deadline will be forwarded without opening and pretender will be disqualified.

Launch Date of the project: from the date of signing of the purchasing contract. Duration of the project should not be long than 120 calendar days from the date of signing of the purchasing contract.

Appraisal criteria: cost of the tender proposal, professionalism and experience of the pretender.

Each juridical person intending to participate in the tender should attain the Collection of Basic Terms composed in Azerbaijani from the administrative building of the National Bank of Azerbaijan Republic located at 32 R.Behbudov St., Baku by submitting the bank certificate on the tender participation fee payment.
