For Khmelnitskiy citizens' services (56 Mira Av.) a new, long-expected direction of "Finance and Credit" Bank was opened, it is a part of  "Western regional administration" branch and is an administrative Bank representative in the region. The convenient location and attractive appearance of the  direction could not leave indifferent the city passers-by. The festive decoration created propitious atmosphere and gladdened Bank workers and clients. 

At the press-conference, dedicated to new direction presentation, Chairman of the Board of "Finance and credit" Bank Volodymyr Khlyvniuk: "At this juncture OF Bank development our main aim is A class offices' network increase. A new direction in Khmelnitskiy allows to regulate the work of all regional  offices successfully and high-quality, in its turn that provides a high service level for all "Finance and credit" Bank clients". Opening of new regional Khmelnitskiy direction was commented by the Mikhaylo Kravchuk the Chief of "Western regional administration" branch: "Presently our branch includes four directions: Lviv direction, Ternopil direction, Zakarpatska (Uzhgorod) and Khmelnitskiy direction (Khmelnitskiy). The creation of new administrative centre allows strengthening "Finance and credit" Bank position in the region".

Among the services popular within clients-individuals we may single out the following services: joint with State Mortgage institution program of citizen's crediting for estate purchase at secondary market or accommodation repairs, credit program for new autos "Auto-premium" purchase with annual interest rate reduce, funds transfer without account opening, Bank deposit programs, no pledge loans with "First financial aid", card services. For small business a great interest is performed by Bank programs on commercial estate crediting by the term up to 15 years, no pledge express-loans.

According to the Head of Khmelnitskiy regional direction Sergiy Andrushko: "All the departments a re opened as universal Bank subdivisions and may provide their clients with full spectrum of Bank services. We plan further development of Bank offices in Khmelnitskiy as well as in district centres to approach our services to their potential consumers. The departments in Khmelnitskiy from the 14th of April start their prolonged hours work, in addition on Saturdays, which permits citizens to plan their time with bank services receipt. The Bank signed agreements for payment receipt practically with all organizations providing municipal services for population, and this type of payment is accepted free of charge".

The direction provides a full spectrum of services for maintenance of existing and new clients. Among large Bank clients we may distinguish LLC "Trade House "OPUS", OJSC "Advis", OJSC "Kamenetsk-Podilskiy avtoagregatniy zavod", LLC "Budkeram", LLC "Podil agrochimichna company", etc.

As of 01.04.2008 Khmelnitskiy direction includes five departments, including in Khmelnitskiy - two offices (63 Vladimirskaya St., 56 Mira Av.); in Kamenetsk-Podilskiy (25 Schevchenko St.); Slavuta (27 Dzerzhinskogo St.); Shepetovka (43 K. Marksa St.).

As of 01.04.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank regional network makes up 16 branches and 388 non-balance departments.
