OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2008. The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West elected seven people to the structure of the Management Board of the company:

The structure of the Management Board of IDGC of the North-West included:

- Veniamin Pinkhasik, General Director of IDGC of the North-West;
- Aleksandr Kukhmay, First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer;
- Anatoly Ignatyev, Deputy General Director for Logistics Support;
- Aleksandr Mikhalkov, Deputy General Director for Development and Realization of Services;
- Olga Makarova, Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance;
- Anatoly Kushnerov, Deputy General Director for the Corporate Management;
- Vladimir Bloshchitsyn, Deputy General Director for the Capital Construction.

The Management Board of IDGC of the North-West is a collegial agency of the Company.

It was established in conformity with the revised Charter of IDGC of the North-West approved by Resolution of the Management Board of RAO "UES of Russia" on 28 February 2008.

The Management Board of IDGC of the North-West acts on the basis of the Charter of the Company and Regulations for the Management Board.
