OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2008. The complex has been developed by the company Management Real Estate (MRE), the principal investor of the project is the English company Triangle Realty LLP.

As it has been informed by the administrator of the company Mr. Cobuscean Serghei, a uniqueness of the project Seven Stars (60 Pushkin Street) is that the gross area of 3000 sqm will host only 11 offices with the square from 60 to 500 sqm placed within the system of individual blocks, equipped by separate sanitary groups and kitchens.

The building has three separates entrances; two independent connection to electric networks; complex security system; guided parking for 30 cars and one additional parking for visitors. The interior equipment of the offices is to be performed jointly with the tenants.

According to Mr. Cobuscean Serghei, six offices from eleven have already found their tenants, and by the moment of commissioning the complex in one month, it is supposed to be completely "settled".
