OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 April 2008 URALSIB Leasing company, one of the sub-holdings of the Financial Corporation URALSIB, announced that it has secured the next tranche totaling \\$US 39.4 mln of \\$US 200 mln syndicated loan facility.

URALSIB Leasing company has signed the next tranche in the amount of \\$US 39.4 mln of the syndicated loan facility at an interest rate of 3% over LIBOR. This syndicated loan facility has a five-year tenor and will be used to refinance the part of the leasing portfolio and to launch new leasing projects. URALSIB Leasing company has already secured \\$US 144 mln of \\$US 200 mln syndicated loan facility, the rest amount is planned to be raised within the next few months.

Credit Suisse, Nordkap Bank AG and Bayerische Landesbank Commerzbank AG acted as the members of the syndicate.

During the current year URALSIB Leasing company plans to redouble the volume of its new business. The amount of the international loan facilities exceeded \\$US 652 mln in 2007.
