On 16 April 2008 was announced, that pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC and according to the Order of UTK CEO of April 9, 2008, Sergey Prosvetov is appointed Deputy Director General – Director of the Kabardino-Balkaria branch of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC.

Sergey Alekseevich Prosvetov was born in 1962 in the village of Zhirnov of the Rostov region. In 1996 he graduated from the Military Academy for Communications. In 1979- 2007 he did military service as an officer. His last position was the communications brigade commander of the Supreme high command.

Sergey Prosvetov started his work as Deputy Director General – Director of the Kabardino-Balkaria branch of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC on April 9, 2008. On April 10, 2008 UTK CEO Alexander Andreev presented Sergey Prosvetov to the workers of the Kabardino-Balkaria branch and wished him success in realization of priority investment plans of telecommunications development and introduction of new technologies.
